MA--Can you name any judicial decisions that support your statement. I haven't found any. Under our current law I don't think it matters how the monopoly is achieved. It only matters that the monopolist act differently once the monopoly is achieved. MSFT didn't, that's pretty clear. I still think this stock has long term potential and will start to achieve its potential once the company takes a look in the mirror, stops whining and plays by the rules. Meanwhile, I'm holding my shares.
