NOVL, got rocked today. Most think it is going to open up lower tomorrow. Goldman Sachs cut its target price from $27 to $15.
It closed less than $11.00

NOVL has nearly $1 billion dollars in the bank. Is it a buy at these levels? Me think so. I will find out tomorrow. LOL

PaineWebber's Don Young, who rates the stock a neutral, makes the case for a stock rebound. Though he acknowledges that ``NetWare sales are peaking now and will enter
into a period of secular decline,'' he also thinks the stuck is oversold when looked at on a sum of the parts basis. He sees that NDS products and the cash balance as worth $13
a share alone. He adds that the NetWare business still possesses some value, and figures the company is worth $23-33 a share on a break-up basis.
