Sure thing - $4 cash/share, book value almost $5, trades at $3 1/2, announced entrance into wireless sector with their mpeg-4 compression for mobile internet devices, also entrance into broadband with their digital video technology, should have a product out near end of the year. If you are looking to get into the wireless, broadband, and semiconductor sector this company, IF IT EXECUTES, could possibly be the one.

NeoMagic had the lead in notebook graphics chips for about 2-3 years, then lost it to ATI since NMGC was fabless and couldn't keep up with demand. Their brand equity is strong and they do have the experience in low footprint/power consumption system-on-chip and graphics chip design. They pioneered the DRAM chip as well.
