you know, till about an hour ago, i thought we were going up today as everyone is expecting it to go up this AM, but, now it seems like it will go opposite, simply bcoz everyone is expecting a down market

CSCO's acquisition of ARPT is bad for FFIV. ARPT is already making inroads into EXDS's customer base (this was FFIV's territory). With CSCO going against it, FFIV's growth prospects is suspect.

I will be shorting FFIV if it does not gap down.
