We may as well get it over with! Raise rates by 1% if need be but the .25 point torture has got to end. It's the fear of increases month after month that is killing us. Once the dirty deed is done we can evaluate the damage and go from there.

Not because the data is published and available to workers on line, but because the wage pressures are there.

Greenspan mentioned that information makes markets more efficient during his Q&A this morning. Said that markets always exist, but efficiency depends on data.

This might be yet another instance where Tom Dorsey and P&F sees things coming before the info is available to the plebes.
