Jim, if you look at the TYX, which is pushing 6.2%, the 1/2 point is already figured in. It may or may not happen in the real FED world though, but it is something to be wary of, obviously.
I agree with your assessment of the NAZ. We are at the crossroads, so do we sink down, or pull up?? No way I can tell this minute. However, the RUT is looking a bit better.
