No details and probably S1 not available either, but if it is looking for $400MM, it will have to be multi billion cap by the time it hits the market. Not so secretly, I am hoping it will do well. That should show if NT was doing the right things <G>

Bosco. just a thought with a question about IBM & NT.

Could this be the begining of a deal in which IBM might buy NT now that they are out from under Bell Canada? It would certainly make a interesting combination and get IBM into the telcom / internet area in a big way.

Just a thought.
