Mephisto, OT I'm taking notes on the Bryant Plus 80. Just bought a second place in Ft. Lauderdale with the intention to rebuild it. Couldn't pass it up with its first lot off of the canal point location and 128' water frontage. I'm the worlds biggest sucker when it comes to real estate in location-location-location markets. I don't think you can go wrong. Anyway, the mid canal house I have now sure has a really stressed carrier air conditioning unit. I think it's close to a nervous breakdown. When it gets to the hottest part of the day it is not the most effective air conditioner. I'll definitely look into a Bryant 80 Plus unit nest time I'm down that way. Thanks RCB
