Duke--I have been a lawyer for 20+ years, counselling high tech startups. I studied antitrust law at Georgetown U. Law Center with Bob Pitofsky, who is now head of the Federal Trade Commission (which brought and settled the Intel monopoly case). MSFT actions were illegal when I took my courses in the late '70's and they are illegal now. Any intelligent advisor was telling them this for 10 years. No surprises, despite Bill's propaganda machine.
