I think you are right - it is probably time to get back in this stock. Their library of songs is likely worth their current valuation, so there is reasonable protection on the downside. They also have $50 million in cash - which supports half their valuation. Additionally, it looks like the MPPP and Napster cases will provide further support for legitimate music downloading, though the business model continues to remain elusive at this point.
