I have just spent a few minutes going over the last few quarterly sec reports to try to understand where the dilution in the last quarter has come from- The response in the call did not offer a good explanation- the weighted number was around 7.9MM at 3/31/00 up from 5.4MM at 3/31/99 and up from around 6.9MM actual at 12/31/99 the 12/31/99 number already includes all the converted warrants. It would seem that if 7.9MM represents a weighted number than there must be around 2MM in the money options floating around. how could that be possible? I would appreciate any insight any reader can offer? I have a call into the pr representative. I was referred there by the company. that could take weeks.
