Hi Tuck,
Thanks for the comments. I, too, was wondering about the terms of the warrants.

I am a pharmacist and know that electronic transmission of prescriptions and other medical orders/records is necessary to reduce medical errors and increase efficiency. I don't know if Proxymed will still be around when this technology finally becomes widely accepted...but there is a huge opportunity for the right company.
