Does anyone have an opinion on this Company?

They are building an Electronic Prescription Services Network.
In recent months they have signed some major agreements acquiring the
Electronic Presricption Network owned by Walgreens and have signed
pharmacy Network Agreements with Eckerd Drug Store, Rite-Aid and
Wallmart in the past three months.
