Yeah, I know all that. The question I asked was whether any broker charged for each partial fill on a single order. LPS5 says, yes, 'though he's protecting the name(s) of the guilty. The last time I looked at MBTrading's website, they had announced that they were planning a "Cancel and Replace" function that would address this issue. Not as much flexibility as a "5-minute Fill Policy", but it's a step in the right direction MB Trading currently supports changing of ARCA orders -- size and/or price; no time limit.
