Confused? - PT down on all of the other quote sites - only Kitco shows it up. Must be a mistake on there screen.

Traditionally Russians hold back exports of PGM's in the first half of the year, and dump in the second half. The PGM prices could be moving into the weaker part of the year because of this Russian custom. Last year was abnormal compared the rest of the 1990's, the Russians apparently didn't ramp up exports much last year.
