cAPSLOCK - I appreciate your candor in you opinion of EDIG. I think the major reason that EDIG is the most popular board in that there are so many conflicting and at the same time intriguing aspects with regards to EDIG. Most OTC-bb stocks as you know have as much future as a commodore 64, but there is just something that seems different with EDIG. PRO EDIG: 1) Undeniable connections to Major Companies in a future product/field that we can not envision today. I work at a company that is connected to cellular phone capabilities. They are just now ramping up for 3G capability. That capability is not there in mass scale right now, but soon. 2) EDIG is or may have been 2 years ahead of everyone else in regards to digital flash management via patents. How many digital devices required this capability 2 years ago?. 3) EDIG Nasdaq application. Why would EDIG proceed with a NASDAQ application if it didn't have a future? 4) NDA's (if present), and for now we have to give EDIG management the benefit of the doubt if they exist. If they do exist, then you have to admit they have not been leaking any information all the while being under massive attack on internet messages boards. A lot of which is probable slanderous and libelous. 5) Connections with Intel (Member on the board of directors) and Intel references to a future technology coming this year. 6) Connections with Phil Ramone (heavy in the music industry). 7) Undeniable links to Lucent advertising with them in national magazines). 8) You know music is coming in many proprietary formats and there are as of yet no devices to play all of them with 9) Plus many more. EDIG Cons: 1) Past history of underachievement. 2) Insiders holding very little shares and seeming unwilling to purchase shares unless they are granted via stock options. 3) Management's judgement in reference to appearing on internet radio shows and issueing shareholders newsletters which rarely say anything new. 4) Management's "No Comments" when asked about links to almost every company that they were asked if they have dealings with. hard to believe they are working with them all. 5) Miscellaneous other issues. That's what makes this stock/company so intoxicating. Could it be everything that it has been speculated? Why are there so many people bashing this stock on Raging Bull. This is so unprecedented, and you seriously have to wonder why someone wants this price low. The comatose movement in stock price would bore most people, but these 10 or 20 people don't let up. They obviously are being paid to do this since shorting at 6 is not too bright. It is frustrating at times for weeks and months on end to not hear a word about the company that we have a lot of money invested in. I think management would be in legal problems if they now don't have any contract after saying for the last nine months that due to NDA's they can't say a word about their business plan. I guess we have to stay tuned......... Maybe next week, and you have to admit one thing... if something is gonna happen - it will be soon.
