Chaz, Why do you keep shifting the debate? You keep trying to play the ad hominem angle (Pat's "personal attack"), but you should have the honesty to see that all you're doing is a bait-and-switch: Because you cannot refute the fundamental points Pat has brought up in her critique of Gilder's AVNX analysis (nor can Gilder himself, it seems), you try to switch the debate to the lesser ground of interpersonal dynamics. Please, chaz, debate the real issues, or let Gilder try to do so.
