No problem, its the low volume! (From the Rap):

"From a whisper to a scream. . . I thought I would share a little insight/humor all at once. Some folks have asked about this excuse that CNBC is constantly giving that everything is OK since it's on "low volume" (yesterday was the lowest volume day this year for the Nasdaq). Richard Russell on his Web site recently had the joke about how a broker had to tell a client that he some good news and some bad news. The bad news was that the stock the client owned had collapsed. The good news was that it had been on "low volume." I hope that illuminates the nonsense about a low-volume decline not mattering."
