I don't think that's $33 per share... insidertrader.com at least you can't infer that from the table. The "Value" column is not the price paid per share, but their current holdings' value when the price >was< $33 per share. All of the Values are given at a share price of ~$33 per share. Since they had no holdings prior to this quarter, at best you can infer that they paid >at least< $10 per share - the price at the beginning of January. They could have paid $33, but we can't tell from that table. RP
