I will post what I find. Despite the fact that TJoe seemingly utilized some practices that appear unethical, the larger issues at work in that case will prove instructive. IMO, brokers who say 'Buy' while selling into the current they create, deserve similar scrutiny, which appears to be lacking.... creating the impression that an inequity exists in the application of the SEC's enforcement standards. And the court has to walk the line of constitutionally protected free speech here, as well, or risk muzzling that speech. I hope enough traders monitor this one and the media stays on top of it, realizing the larger issues at stake are more important than whether someone likes/dislikes TJoe. And again, thanks, Dale.
