Anyone who thinks that they can influence a stock is grossly negligent..Unless a person disseminates conjecture and unproven projections, the market as a whole will and cannot rely on such statements. It is my firm belief that by being an NASD member "people" can and do make fraudulent projections under the protection ofd being a registered person,, all the whil the tiny print ,protects them as they merrily sell into their buy reco's, and buy into their downgrades.

It is a FRAUD that has yet to be examined, and doesnt appear to be soon forthcoming, since we as a group ,somehow have come to accept these frauds as acceptable.

TJ..is no difft than SG cowen..and he no difft than Bear Stearns..the only difference is that one is licenced and wealthy and the other is ugly and unlicensed, yet both do the exact same thing..

The tragedy is that we excuse The Firms and white shoe bullshitters but we torch the average joe who figures this out..

I'm all for slamming TJ..he screwed up and he took people for a ride.( I led this crusade ).but we should now turn our attention to the example that allowed him to operate.
