nbfm, the argument of better drugs therefore better prices is absolete, prolonging life is not increased productivity and if you would like to be more specific better drugs prolong life and Social Security expenses. Social Security recipents usually are retired people and therefore not productive just consuming.

As to the drop in housing prices AG lowered interest rate to 3% at the time to help all mortgage borrowers and many refinanced their mortgages at lower rates.

As to inflation and stcok prices were were the NAZ wen your home was down 30%???? well around 500 and not 5000.

Inflation is alive and accelerating that is a fact the FED must raise rates at least 1% from todays levels.
