Michael - if what I did were linking "a point made about abortion" to six million dead in Nazi Germany ... that would indeed be preposterous. But that is not what I did. I compared, not linked, one systematic campaign of disinformation with another systematic campaign of disinformation. But just to be evenhanded about it ... my criticism wasn't intended to start and end with PROLIFE's repeated invocations of the embryo heart energy thingie. Or breathtaking verbal constructs like "abortion grinder". My criticism is aimed at whoever is generating this cant and making otherwise reasonable people swallow it as "information that is out there for years" and thus somehow trustworthy. The HONEST anti-abortionists shouldn't sit still for such blather simply because it appears to advance their cause. The end doesn't justify the means.
