Gads I think Barrons has lost a few more marbles. I've read the magazine off and on for the last 30 or so years and this story really misses the point.

Things must be getting desperate at DJ.

The timing of the article was interesting. I'm not expert in TA, but CSCO appeared to be building a base. Perhaps they were hoping to drive it down enough to destroy this base and have it plummet further.
