Schmandel - you are revealing an abysmal ignorance of the security policy tools available in the MSFT environment, the reasons that security policy is not usually set to a level which would disable a virus like the one we are discussing, and who is at fault.

If you buy a car with dual airbags, but disable them, and then don't wear seatbelts, and you get hit and break your head on the windshield, is that the car manufacturer's fault?
