I think I spoke too soon, my broker just called me back and said that they confused the order with the other order, and that the order on Friday was not executed. They called the MM (NITE) and they said that they were obligated to fill 200 shares which they did, and didn't have to fill the rest due to the "Manning Rule" & that the market closed? Sounds fishy to me...my broker wasn't familiar with it, he said he will do some research on the rule, and see if he can find out if the MM claim is legit, & will try to bust them if possible. All I've found so far about the Manning Rule is that with limit order the MM can't trade ahead of the client...til the limit order is filled. I guess my fill @ 20 7/8 this morning stands unless I hear otherwise. Has anyone heard of the Manning Rule? Thanks.

Best of Luck,

Where'd He Go?
