I do not know how the bulls look at money on the side lines. I personally have taken my money out of "money markets" and moved it to safer places like short term T-Bills or government insured "MM's". I agree it is hard to guess where all this money is going, but it is not helping push the market higher. Do you know of any foreigners taking some of their money home. I noticed the Hong Kong investor was a net seller of US securities. This is the only one I know of.
