Jorj, You sold FFIV, I bought Friday at an average of 35. Am I going to be fine or do I have a ways to go on the downside in your opinion? I like my chances given relative valuations to ATON and the (my opinion...) ridiculous price afforded ARPT...I do like the engineers there and am very happy for them since the lock-up is likely removed and vesting is likely accelerated. thanks as always, tp

It really depends on an number of views or assumptions.

in terms of what is the "corrrect" forward PE. A company like CSCO or SUNW deserves a higher multiple than FFIV,
many would say since CSCO is the Gorilla in it's area and
has proven products.

One could say that FFIV can grow much more than CSCO due
to CSCO's sheer size. If we were to go into a substantial
recession prices could go much, much lower than most of
us would believe.

are you familiar with PEG

PE to Growth ratio.?
