Tiger, in order for a nation to tackle difficult far reaching issues, leadership which embraces change is needed.

Al Gore, the ultimate status quo manager, is certainly less suited for the job. Notice I said manager because a manager manages things, while a leader leads people with a vision, by exuding the traits of honesty, integrity, trust, trustworthiness, courage, competence and vision. Al Gore is not a leader.

George Bush doesn't need to DO everything, he simply needs to provide leadership and vision, in order to engender followship for others.
