surelock,

>>>"SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF OUR SHARES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RESALE,
WHICH MAY HAVE A DEPRESSIVE EFECT ON THE MARKET AND DECREASE THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE."<<<

What you are not grasping is, and don't feel bad becasue I know a lot of shareholders feel the same way.......

"Eligible for resale" is the standard wording that the SEC uses or demands for these types of filings. And it is a shame, because all those not familar with filings are thinking the same thing.......these shares are being sold. Some may very well be hitting the market, but this filing does NOT in way suppest they are. They are all avaible now to sell, UNLESS of course there are other restrictions that would prevent such. Such as SEC and Company regulations for lock up periods after an acquisition, as is the case with CyberCare Technologies, Air Global, and Help Innovations. And not to mention, CyberCare has a very strict policy on insider trading, even if they are not restricted shares.

As for "WHICH MAY HAVE A DEPRESSIVE EFECT ON THE MARKET AND DECREASE THE CURRENT MARKET PRICE", that once again is a standard mandatory disclosure statement that MUST be included.

Do yourself a favor, go to your favorite shock and chose a well respected one like a Blue Chip and you will see the very same thing disclosed in their filings. It has to be there!!
