Hi jim kelley; I guess that's why all the RDRAM based graphics controllers are flying off the shelves. Heck, I couldn't find any at all the last time I looked...

But seriously, the GeForce2's 32MB of DDR is 128-bits wide and clocked at 6ns. The overall peak bandwidth is 5.3GB/sec. To beat that would take four Rambus PC700 channels, and therefore 4 Rambus chips.
