Brocade Commun CEO Files To Sell 150,000 Cmn Shares Dow Jones Newswires WASHINGTON -- Brocade Communications Systems Inc. (BRCD) President and Chief Executive Gregory Reyes registered to sell 150,000 shares through a trust, according to a Form 144 released Wednesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A Form 144 indicates an intention to sell restricted stock and opens the door for an individual to sell the shares, but doesn't indicate when or if the actual sale will occur or has occurred. The filing indicates the Gregory and Penny Reyes Trust intended to sell the shares "within 90 days" on the Over-The-Counter market. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown was listed as the broker for the transaction. Bill Murphy, manager of Brocade's investor relations, told Federal Filings Business News that the filing was originally made in late February on Reyes' behalf, and that the shares registered in the filing were sold by Reyes on Feb. 25. As reported in a Form 144 released on March 8, Reyes registered 150,000 common shares to sell within 90 days on the over-the-counter market. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown was listed as the broker for the transaction. -Todd Goren; Dow Jones Newswires/Federal Filings Business News; 202-628-9782 ************* I really hate this selling.
