CEOs stock sale not that much........,

I'm not totally certain, but Greg Reyes must still have about 3-4million shares. He tends to sell some each quarter, just to diversify. If I read the listing correctly, he's selling 150,000 or about 5% of his holdings.

If you've ever been an executive, or discussed how they manage their investments, they have serious money managers who make most of their decisions. The money manager usually insists on diversifying at least 30-50% of your vested options over a 2-3 year period. I'm not certain, but I think Mr. Reyes has been around BRCD about 2-3 yrs already, so he's sold off about 30-35% by now? This is not uncommon.

If you compare some of the big company execs like John Chambers at CSCO, he too sells at least once every six months. He registered to sell 1,250,000 shares in February.

Being a leader in a profitable, highly respected company has its rewards.... Must be nice!
