Should'nt you wait until CVCI stock is fully converted and then some? There will be some 3 MM shares of VECO available for dumping, and i think that VECO is under the double whamo of the tech wreck and CVCI. I would say that $35 is not impossible within a week or two. Even if we get a strong bounce by the middle of next week, I would expect the CVCI situation to weigh on VECO's price.

Hey Mark,

VECO is now at $52, and looks to be heading lower. We may yet see $40 on VECO, money is running out of the optics sector faster than it went in. I'll be looking at NT under $30 as well.
