I am rather disturbed actully..very bad for us longs that siding scale financing price..and the uncertanity shows a lack of confidence by these investors. They will not pay anywhere near $35 and mostlikely mid $20's in this mkt. Very very disturbing this was bid up today like this in this mkt. especially because we still have a bit of downside more to go in the nasdaq in my opinion.

I think many missed the statement that these are NEW shares as in additional...that will further dilute the float and outstanding shares. This is just a financing deal and that is what scares me big time, as the mkt cap increases...

Also, the claimed new revenue I think is misleading due to the fact it is not real revenue from other "new" clients.

I think many were had again, and it scares me that people are buying these stocks blindly again like they did last year. Many still don't realize the pain or feel it, which is why we are in this mess in the first place.

Wait this deal is NON-Binding..... :(

Could fall apart at any time and NOTHING is guarenteed by Enel... something stinks here to me, I am trying to figure this out using my analyst skills...and this makes no sense to me...why would they need the financing....

Just very very leary of what is going on here.

As a inteligent investor you must question everything and not abide by hope and fasinations.....

Bill, Thanks again for the additional clarification on the announcement you and LBstocks provided me this morning. IMHO, this looks like a very positive announcement for ELON shareholders if the deal goes through as represented. Having first mover advantage in to 27 million Italian households and selling at least 300 million dollars worth of ELON products over the next three years should outweigh the shareholder dilution factor. The announcement also appears to significantly change the weak forward revenue guidance for the better that I have previously expressed concern about on this thread.

Regards, Huey
