$Mogul. I don't know what you're talking about. Enel is willing to pay 110% of the current market price of ELON and you say they have no confidence. At today's close that would represent a $4.00 premium. So what if there are limits, that protects both parties. You are worried about dilution. It doesn't seem to bother Enel. They may give ELON as much as $140 million for 3 million shares which is still a minority interest. What do they stand to gain if ELON is not successful? The answer is nothing. I assume therefore that Enel has great confidence in ELON. Who cares if this is considered a financing or an investment? ELON still gets the cash. Their potential market is huge.

Sorry $Mogul - anyone who finds it necessary to post negative comments regarding today's wonderful news doesn't sound like a long to me.

Do you seriously expect us to believe you are a long who is "disturbed" by a one day 35% increase in his holdings? Please.
