You are blined by your own euphoria and your explanation sounds very inexperienced....

There is no Binding commitment from Enel at all. Do you know how many stocks I have owned tat were "promised" the world in ver similar deals and got NOTHING...this is non binding and is not solidified by any stretch of the imagination.

It scares me that this premium is more then fully built in now, and the diluted shares have not even hit the mkt yet..

How can you feel good about a 35% gain in one day under the circumstances that have transpired heere. Read between the lines, and from experience companies NEVER release a pr on something like this until a solid BINDING deal is in tact first... I am not happy about this arrangement or what has transpired today by blind daytraders.

You are not looking at this deal for what it is currently, which is absoultely nothing.

If Enel said we are ordering the units now and here is at the very least some money now for the units SEPERATE from any investment then i would feel only slightly better.

Not only are they not guarenteing that but they are buying shares so that the cash that would have normally went to a solid ELON order is nothing but a way for Enel to keep some equity in ther eorderd products that would normally be a out of pocket expense for them with no chance of re-couping that money..

just my opinion but sounds quite disturbing as a investor...so far just smoke and mirrors.. does a CSCo or INTC do business this way????? No, they certinly do not.

Question these deals at all times friend, because you never will know what is really going on, and if it sounds to good to be tre ie. 300M in revs not-binding..it usually is..also your ELON shares are now apparently diluted... :( all this with no board of director approvell..they just do it...
