mogul, u can either see the news as being half full or half empty...u are choosing the latter obviously...enel believes in this company or why would they talk to them let alone agree to buy into the company...their mkt potential is huge...news like this just the beginning...csco already has shown support and i think many other co's will also...its just a matter of time...as for announcing deals that are non-binding, the deal that williams made with scmr and jnpr i believe for 500M was also non-binding and look what the mkt felt about those deals before the recent selloff in the entire tech. sector...elon will now be installed in millions of homes/businesses in europe and they are quickly becoming the home networking standard...this company could be the qualcomm of the home networking sector...jmo.

$mogul - I read your response and frankly its a load of crap. Enel is investing as much as 140 million in ELON and that bothers you because its not in the form of binding orders. You know you are nuts. This is money that the company gets for nothing and you know it may get the orders too. Your talk about dilution is also BS since there really is no dilution since ENEL is infusing cash equal to the current market value of ELON's stock and certainly well above book value. Do you know what an IPO is? That's dilution. A binding deal would certainly be better but I have to assume that both companies made the press release in good faith.

As far as being inexperienced. I have a question for you $mogul. Have you ever EXPERIENCED making a seven figure profit on a stock? I assume not. You sound like a pompous ass who just likes to hear himself talk.
