Lame try Kevin: I see you're business as usual...

Is it your contention then that WH is planning to sell is shares? And I guess you also believe that the others in the investment group are selling?? Is this the best you can do tonight? Please work on your misrepresentation plays a little or you will never make it to the level of "the most popular SI personality" like those who find themselves on the mental health breaks lately.

The filing of the S3 is standard, and if you had ever been involved in one of these private placements of stock you would actually realize this. You file the S3 at the first opportunity. Nobody in that group has stated any intention to sell. They did not invest in this technology blindly. They have seen information as insiders that we are not privy to, and invested based on that. Read through that list again and ask yourself if they look like a group easily panicked by momo shorts, Greenspan, a few down days on the NASDAQ, or this freshman class of sorts.

The technology is the key...if you understand it.

Enjoy the ride!!
