Most folks that read this thread probably read the other S&P thread but in case you don't gdichaz just posted a great article on technical comparisons of wireless data solutions: GPRS, CDMA, and EDGE. VERY INFORMATIVE. BTW - thanks mucho gdichaz!

I think I understand now why IJ said only CDMA does the Internet - I hadn't realized 'til now that the CDMA networks are using standard 'net routers.

A bit touchy aren't we?

SNDK is similar to Q in that it has a huge IPR portfolio in flash memory. NO other semi outfit has it and other semi makers are going to continue paying royalties and licensing fees as the recent patent infringement verdict just indicated.

They are also doing a joint semi plant construction with Toshiba that will basically double their current revenue in 2002. The company is misunderstood as is Q by many who should know better.

Anyone else notice that peanut butter just got much more expensive lately ?

Our favorite brand : (generic) Publix 18 oz. jar just went from $1.36 to $1.89.

Is Jimmy Carter still in the peanut business ?
