As far as I've been able to figure out, most of their ip relates to form factor. Have you found something more potent?

That's what concerns me. World class fabs are very pricey, and Toshiba is a weak player in the Asian memory community.

I'm easy to convince, but so far I'm a holdout.

SNDK is similar to Q in that it has a huge IPR portfolio in flash memory. NO other semi outfit has it and other semi makers are going to continue paying royalties and licensing fees as the recent patent infringement verdict just indicated.

Plus, just like QCOM, SNDK has a grammatically/phonetically incorrect title of a thread on SI!
