If ZIXI develops products with no need to sell them, why not label stock "to be sold" and not sell that either?

Hmmmmm, actually I kinda doubt that scenario. ZIXI investors - some of them - can't be that dumb.

The key is the revenues - if you understand it!

Kevin. please get dave to explain the s3 filing to you.

It becomes more transparent with each of your posts on this subject that you've thus far only been given the Cliff Notes on the subject of finance and investing.

This is in no way a random circumstance. It is a normal and expected filing after a placement of stock such as was done with the WH group. I just don't know how much simpler I can make this for you and the wave of headline reading momo shorts that showed up yesterday. Maybe Dave can get you in on one of these deals for a hundred shares so you will finally understand the mechanics.

Keep trying the misrepresentations though. Maybe a couple of the real freshmen shorts will believe you and vote you in as President of the popular SI personalities booster club until you rhetoric becomes a bit more believable.

The technology is the key...if you understand it.

Enjoy the ride!!
