Globalstar has a well publicized plan (may be totally redundant now) of getting to x million subscribers by year end 2002. I would love for someone on this thread to tell me how they are doing relative to that. There are many countries for which no Service Providers have been signed up (almost all of Asia for example; most of Africa). What percentage of the business plan target for 2002 comprises of countries that have not yet got an SP?

RS,

You are always interested in G* pics from around the place. Have a look at these marketing shots from Globalstar Australia.

globalstar.com.au
globalstar.com.au
globalstar.com.au

I was just checking to see that someone IS actually marketing the service in Australia!

Tarken - Yes, of the infamous Winn family. I was actually one of the actors used to play Mqurice's son during an expedition to the States a couple of years ago. We were posing as a father and son on holiday from New Zealand. I thought we pulled it off nicely!
