In looking for good intermediate holds, I am finding stocks that have not corrected severely over the last month. I noticed some recent earnings plays like this - DLTR, IDTI, BBOX, TEVA, PWR. They have been in strong uptrends for months (except TEVA which began a new uptrend a month ago), staying within their regression channels, and usually staying above their 50 DMA. I do not see them breaking below the channel but only temporarily, and then they make excellent buys.

I'm sure there are more stocks fitting this pattern. If you find them, buy them at support, they should do just fine. Oh, BBOX and IDTI are at support right now.

Jenna: It has become especially noticeable that you might be looking and shopping for the "super stuff" to begin holding a little of. Please keep us informed as you go through this process...... So many "wet the appetite" but are not the real leaders. More "babies thrown out with the bath water" hints as we trickle down some more would be nice.

Thanks again for the LEADING thread. I often find myself ahead of the game here.

So many stocks. And my screening criteria has become especially "choice"
100% earnings increase and 100% current quarter forecasts and 10% to +++ CFY month increases, etc etc........quite the shopping lists out there now.

Thanks again

Roger

WGR From May 11 watch list.. Upgraded today. Nice gain since the 11th. Again its the plays that don't trigger sells that will end up in your portfolio. If you keep them in databases and add 'news alerts' to them you will get news of these stocks. Not every stock you buy will move like BRCD or QCOM.
