**O.T.**

On my quote service, pretty much all trades after the official N.Y. close are listed as "Form T" on a time & sales screen. I've always taken it to be trades after the close which are not "out of sequence". On my service the trades which are late prints, etc. will usually have a comment of "other" or "large trd" by them. Hope that helps.
