This may be somewhat obvious, but with all of the funds/big cash sitting/waiting, how do they plan on getting back IN when the upside momentum seems "safe" or clear?

That would be a violent upside move as shorts cover and managers pile into the big cap techs, etc.

Downside is somewhat limited in here, imo. With all of the sideways "base-building" or whatever you want to call it, most of the weak hands have been shaken out, imo.

I'm just wondering... did your broker give any reasons
as to the opinion on QCOM?

It seems that ever since January, almost every analyst
I've seen on CNBC (which I haven't watched since about
mid April) had the opinion that while it was OK - they
would rather be in NOK and/or ERICY and/or MOT.

If you saw my portfolio - which I also haven't seen
since the Fall (I can still dream that I have paper money)
you would understand that I don't share the analyst's views.
