Rod is a little intense/obsessive, but it seems the counterarguments are always an ad hominem rather than an attempt to address his criticisms. I have to wonder why that is.....

No other coherent reason for his venom, unless he's a disgruntled former suitor of Marlen's. The reason of his bitterness is that he invested money in this two bit operation and got severely burned by the allegedly fraudulent transactions of Cowpland. Even though I came out slightly ahead in my Corel investments, my own personal subjective opinion is that Cowpland is a con-artist, and I severely dislike him. Shots on his ho..., erh, wife, are just a very human way of trying to get back at a guy who seems to have no contempt on those that have suffered financial losses from his shady deals.
