Here is the appointment breakdown:

Circuit Judge J.L. Edmondson, Reagan appointee
Circuit Judge Joel Dubina, Bush appointee
Circuit Judge Charles Wilson, Clinton appointee

A previous article, from "News"Max I beleive, incorrectly reported that it was 2 Reagan appointees.
