pt, <AMD's convertible bonds are selling at a premium: 244.80 (which is actually $2,448.00 per $1,000.00 face value). Each is convertible to 27.027 shares * $88 = $2,378.38>

So, I assume if AMD announced they were calling the notes at 105, every holder with a brain would immediately convert them to shares.
