Hi Mark! No, not at all. It boils down to these basics: the conference call bs, and the fact that at least some of the nonsense from the bears was caused by folks who have been prosecuted for fraud before. OTOH, Tern was clearly over the line with how they are positioned in the market. Finally, Tern's growth rate is around 300%! All together, I think they get out of the pinch with damage mainly to their reputation. All the best, Gene
